Eating healthy at the workplace is one of the best ways of ensuring that you lose the pounds. To deal with this, pack healthy lunch from home . Include an apple or a protein bar for a snack to substitute that candy and chocolate you indulge in. It is not only healthy, your pockets will thank your for it.
