Regardless of how you got there, losing fat is way much harder than gaining it; i requires a lot of motivation, patience and hard work.  There is need to make the changes now. Starving for a few days won't do; a complete lifestyle change is a must if one is to lose the weight and keep it off.  Below are 3 tips that will help you lose the fat much faster and easily.

  •  Find inspiration

We all need a little motivation to lose weight. Read and listen to success stories and you will no longer feel as alone. It is a lot better when you have someone to hold your hand in your weight loss journey. Find a buddy and encourage one another. It will go a long way. If you cannot find a friend, there are countless of blogs online where people chronicle their weight loss stories. Joining such and get inspired.

  • Brown is better

A good and easy way to keep the calories at bay is to substitute your white bread, rice, and four for the brown ones. The fibre in the brown alternative keeps you fuller for longer and fuels your body to burn more calories. It is also good for your digestive system.

  •  Pack a healthy lunch

One of the places that encourage the packing of pounds is the office. People tend to eat junk food while at their desk and the butt and thighs are the ones that get the beating for it.  Eating healthy at the workplace is one of the best ways of ensuring that you lose the pounds. To deal with this, pack healthy lunch from home . Include an apple or a protein bar for a snack to substitute that candy and chocolate you indulge in. It is not only healthy, your pockets will thank your for it.
