Inforgraphic: How to Make a Perfect Green Smoothie Every Time

Smoothies are delicious and healthy drinks that quench and hydrate. The nutritional content in each smoothie depends on the ingredients used. Choosing an item from each food group ensures that you get the best out of your smoothie.

Though there is no one way of making smoothies, I came across an inforgraphic with the foolproof formula for making green smoothies that I thought could come handy for healthy conscious moms like me.

The chart gives 6 groups, each group with different ingredients to choose from. The groups are greens, liquid, fresh fruit, frozen goodies, protein and flavor boosters. You only have to choose one ingredient from each of the groups.

  1. Last year I restarted my regular exercise regime after realizing what a few years of unbalance had done to my once fit body. I also started getting more Green drink in my diet with great effects.
