Soda and other high sugar soft drinks can sabotage your weight loss efforts. The large amounts of sugar causes a sugar spike that causes one to get hungry moments after. This may result to snacking on unhealthy junk foods.
Instead of taking soda and fruit juice, opt for water. It not only flushes out the toxins out of your body, it also helps in oxygen circulation which is crucial for weight loss.
